NOTICE TO BIDDERS

MARION COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY - BROWN HOUSE LOCATED AT MARION COUNTY BUSINESSPLEX, MARION COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Marion County, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids in the Boardroom of the Marion County Board of Supervisors located at 215 Broad Street, Columbia, Mississippi, until the hour of 10:00 o'clock A. M. on Monday, September 3, 2019, for the sale, "as is", to the highest bidder, for cash, of the following surplus property, to wit:

     All materials, including, but not limited to, scrap metal, roofing, flooring, interior plumbing, wood, glass and other housing materials whatsoever located at and                      consisting of the wood frame house more particularly identified as the Brown House located at the Marion County BusinessPlex, Marion County, Mississippi.

The successful bidder shall have a period of six (6) months from and after September 3, 2019, in which to remove said materials.  In addition, the successful bidder shall indemnify and hold harmless Marion County, Mississippi, from any and all claims, damages, causes of action, expenses, costs, or any claims whatsoever relating to or arising out of the removal of said surplus property.

The Marion County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Marion County, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids in the Boardroom of the Marion County Board of Supervisors located at 215 Broad Street, Columbia, Mississippi, until the hour of 10:00 o'clock A. M. on Monday, September 3, 2019, for the sale, "as is", to the highest bidder, for cash, of the following surplus property, to wit:

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Marion County, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids in the Boardroom of the Marion County Board of Supervisors located at 215 Broad Street, Columbia, Mississippi, until the hour of 10:00 o'clock A. M. on Monday, September 3, 2019, for the sale, "as is", to the highest bidder, for cash, of the following surplus property, to wit:

     All materials, including, but not limited to, scrap metal, roofing, flooring, interior plumbing, wood, glass and other housing materials whatsoever located at and                      consisting of the wood frame house more particularly identified as the Wash House located at the Marion County BusinessPlex, Marion County, Mississippi.

The successful bidder shall have a period of six (6) months from and after Septmeber 3, 2019, in which to remove said materials.  In addition, the successful bidder shall indemnify and hold harmless Marion County, Mississippi, from any and all claims, damages, causes of action, expenses, costs, or any claims whatsoever relating to or arising out of the removal of said surplus property.

The Marion County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
